Support is available in many forms: one-on-one coaching, group coaching for peer connection and shared learning, and team coaching to strengthen collaboration and alignment or consulting in my areas of expertise. I am available for in person work (especially in Northeast Ohio) as well as virtual options.

Team Coaching
Team coaching is working with a group of staff that are interdependent and have a common objective. Teams can often benefit from focused time to reflect on their work together, improve role clarification and develop productive habits to improve outcomes and organizational success. My support for Team Coaching begins with a dialog about the needs of the group as assessed by the leader and a focused conversation to define the desired outcomes and resources available. For larger teams I partner with other experienced coaches to craft a program unique to your organization.

Group Coaching
Sometimes the most powerful growth comes in community.
Group coaching brings together individuals with shared roles or goals, often from different organizations or departments, for a collaborative and growth-oriented experience. Participants are not part of the same work team but benefit from a peer network that fosters learning, insight, and accountability.
This format leverages the collective wisdom of the group, creating space for reflection, shared challenges, and practical strategies. Group coaching offers a structured, supportive environment to build leadership capacity and strengthen individual and collective growth. Groups are typically 6-10 individuals and can be short term or ongoing.

Individual Coaching
Coaching is an opportunity to set aside time and create a partnership to grow awareness, develop insight, and practice new behaviors for your development as a leader. The role of the coach is to help create a capacity for change and growth through questioning, listening, challenging, and supporting. The aim together will be to uncover what is already inside of you: your values, knowledge and skills. This is not consulting: I do not typically set the agenda or provide advice. However, I do bring my experience into the conversation when asked.
Collaboratively, I will help guide you to bring clarity to your goals and focused areas for development, and strengthen the abilities you already possess for sustainable change.
Investment: I offer competitive rates for individual coaching with discounts for sponsoring non-profit organizations and those paying for coaching themselves. Rates are hourly or by engagement. A minimum of 4-6 sessions is recommended.
The first step is a free 30 minute consultation to discuss our work together. When we decide to move forward, I will send you a letter agreement and more information.
Consulting
Consulting can take may forms depending on the needs of the organization or individual. Projects focused on health care and behavioral health operations, quality improvement, growth and strategy are some of the areas that can be contracted for organizational improvement.

Educational Offerings
I can also be available for public speaking and education in my areas of expertise. Particular topics include leadership in human services and building a culture for operational and clinical quality improvement.
